How to Pause Trade Alerts

You can pause your Trade Alerts individually or entirely.

To pause all of your trade alerts:

1. Login to your dashboard
2. From your dashboard select the large icon in the middle right called 'Alert Engine'
3. Select Alert Preferences from the menu at the top left.
4. Uncheck the checkbox under the title: 'Would you like to receive Trade Alerts?'
   To resume receiving Trade Alerts simply recheck that same checkbox.

Pausing individual alerts
To pause an individual alert you may click the link in the email or SMS alert you receive: 'Cancel this Alert'.
Or you may pause any individual alert by using the Manage Alerts function described in the article: 'How to Manage Your Trade Alerts'
